Designed by Cruiser Services for the unique application of Sea Water RO aboard a Cruising Boat, the CS1.5 Motor is known throughout the cruising fleet as “The GOAT Motor” for Watermakers for it’s low start-up draw and running amperage. Designed to run your 2.3GPM General Pump models (EWM1523C or WM1523C) from either your Diesel Genset, Ships Inverter, or the Cruiser-Trusted Honda 2000i/EU2200i Generators. The CS1.5 Motor, when coupled to a 2.3GPM Hp Pump, is capable of producing from 40-45GPH of product water from two 40″ x 2.5″ RO Membranes plumbed in series (@ 800psi/32,000ppm sea water salt concentration/70degs sea water temp). - Motor Specs:

White Epoxy / Anti-corrosion paint - The General Pump 2.3GPM Hp pump is the Gold Standard of the marine watermaker world, with 316 Stainless Steel pump head and ceramic plungers. The pump is configured for attachment to a 1.5Hp motor at 1725RPM with a 56C face motor mount.
