The AC Power Converter Option, allows your OzeFridge unit to run on AC Power when it’s available from either your Ships Generator or when plugged into shore power.
Why is this a valuable option?
This allows your OzeFridge unit to run directly from your ships AC power supply when AC power is available and then automatically switches to running off of your 12v DC power when the AC Power is turned off.
* Saving battery cycling when your boat is at the slip and connected to shore power
* Gives your system both AC and DC Voltage operating ability
* Allows for Refrigeration operation without drawing power from your ships battery when AC Power is available
* Automatically runs from AC Power while you are running your ships generator when your AC circuits are energized
* Fully Automatic: Switching from AC to DC power is done automatically with AC Power having priority
